Project Vaporwave Horizons is a ponytown regiment made by SCGen. Scythe. The regiment was opened in July of 2024, and the reboot was finished in June of 2025.

"Project Vaporwave Horizons was made as a passion project to honor my past in regiments and the regiment that got me to where I am today.
Although that regiment is long gone, and for good reason, with the permission of its previous owner I was able to incorporate one of the mascots into PVh's lore and turn my regiment into something of its own distinction. Its own story, its own blueprint, and I hope one day it will grow not to be popular but to be cherished by any who wish to hold onto it for nostalgia and a place they can come to for community and asylum."-SCGen.
